Many of my paintings are rather accidental.

I simply paint whatever comes to my mind.

It is almost as if my hand moves the brush without my intention. 

Perhaps, there is an unseen force painting my unconscious world. 

After I fill the canvas, I step back and wonder what is the implication behind the image I've just painted. 

And I reflect upon and make an analysis on it.

The center of this painting is a woman whose body is a field, as if she is carrying the world on her back, 

yet she seems light weight and even flying. 

She extends her arm and lets a bird perch on her hand. 

What is the bird telling her?

Suppose, the bird is a messenger that came to guide her to move to a world of blissfulness.

The glimmering light from heaven is lifting the weight and helping her to effortlessly float in the midst of a heavy burden. 

Perhaps, this painting shows my unconscious psyche which desires to live more effortlessly even in such circumstances.
